REFUNDS:
In the event your reservation quailifies for a refund (being in accordance to our Park Policies listed in this email, campground brochure, website, and posted in Park Office), your refund will be issued to the card you made the original purchase as long as it is within 45 days of that transaction. Reservations made prior to 45 days of the refund date or payments made with cash or check, you will be issued a refund check from Shawano County, which will be mailed to the address and made out to the contact that is listed on the reservation.
